What You’ll Be Doing
Our painters do more than just apply paint—you’ll play a key role in delivering results that homeowners immediately see and appreciate.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing surfaces (sanding, cleaning, caulking, priming)
- Performing high-quality interior and exterior painting
- Maintaining sharp lines and smooth, even finishes
- Protecting floors, furniture, and surrounding areas
- Leading small crews on job sites (Foreman role)
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and efficient
Our projects often involve homes exposed to Rhode Island’s coastal weather, so proper preparation and attention to detail are critical to long-lasting results.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for painters who care about the quality of their work and take ownership of every project.
Ideal candidates have:
- 2+ years of professional painting experience
- Strong understanding of prep work and paint application
- Confidence working on ladders and exterior surfaces
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Leadership ability (for Foreman positions)
